How to care for Circles & spires collection:

Prepare the ground well by digging in lots of composted organic matter before planting. In midsummer rejuvenate the geranium by cutting back the old, flowered stems, and fresh new growth will soon appear. You can usually extend the flowering season of the salvia by removing the flower spikes as soon as they start to fade. Keep well watered until the plants are established, and apply a generous mulch of well-rotted garden compost or manure around the base of the plants in spring.

Please note:

This perennial dies back to below ground level each year in autumn, then fresh new growth appears again in spring.
