Do you deliver overseas?

Sorry - we don’t currently deliver outside of the UK.

When will my order be delivered?

All items on your order will be sent out to you as a single delivery within the longest leadtime.

If all of your items are in stock at the time of your order, we will ship your order within 3-5 working days (this excludes bank holidays).

Can I split my delivery?

If there’s an item on your order which has a delivery lead time (e.g. within 4 weeks) then your order will be held until all of the order is in stock.

If you would like to receive the available items sooner, we can split your order at an extra delivery charge. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details and we’ll add the split delivery for you.

Will someone call me before delivery?

Our drivers are unable to call you before delivery.

Can I choose a delivery time slot?

Sorry, we currently don’t offer a scheduled delivery service.

I’ve chosen to click and collect, when can I collect my order?

We’ll contact you when your order is ready for collection. To avoid disappointment, please don’t come to collect your order until you’ve received your notification.

Discounts and offers

How do I add a buy 2 get 1 offer to my basket?

Please select the option of 2+1 free which will automatically add the offer to your order. If you select the individual item multiple times, the discount won’t be applied.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

No, only one discount code can be applied to each order.

Poor quality plants or products

What do I do if I’m not happy with the quality of my plant or item?

If you’re unhappy with the quality of any of the items you’ve received, please email your concerns to [email protected] along with supporting photos and we’ll get back to you


Do you accept gift vouchers?

We accept Crocus gift vouchers only. You can purchase Crocus vouchers online or over the phone, which are emailed to the recipient of your choice.


I want to be added/removed from your catalogue mailing list, how do I do this?

You can opt in or out of our postal marketing by visiting the Account Details section of My Account of our website.

Alternatively, please contact our Customer Services team at [email protected] and we’ll add/remove you from the mailing list.

Viewing plants before purchase

Can I visit your nursery and take a look at the plants before I order?

We’re a working nursery so due to health and safety concerns, it isn’t possible to visit us.

On selected days throughout the year, we run our popular Open Days when you can visit and pick up a few plants and/or products - often at a bargain price!

Charity donations

Can I ask for a donation to a charity?

We receive hundreds of letters and emails with regards to supporting various charities and fundraising activities, making it very hard for us to decide which charities and organisations to support. Therefore, the Crocus directors feel the only way to be fair is to support our own chosen charity and are therefore unable to provide donations.

Wholesale customers

Can you provide price lists/quotes?

Sorry, we don’t provide quotes or price lists. All plants and products we have available can be found on the website along with their prices and availability. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via a credit or debit card.

Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.99 per order, irrespective of the number of items on your order. We don’t ship internationally.

Do you offer trade discounts?

We frequently offer online discounts on plant purchases over £100 – please build up your wheelbarrow and a discount message will trigger.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Once you’ve received your order, please email [email protected] and request a VAT invoice. We’re unable to provide this before your order has been shipped.

Border design

Do you do design borders?

No, we don’t offer a bespoke border design service. But we do have ready-made border collections available online at a discounted price.

Can I bring my dog to the open day?

We’d love to meet you four-legged friend on our one of our Open Days! Please just ensure they’re kept on a lead.

Do I have to book to come to an open day?

No booking/appointment is required for attending the open day – you are welcome to arrive at your leisure during the opening hours.
