This vigorous shrub or small tree is ideal for creating a colourful splash in a sunny border. It's a valuable windbreak in warm, coastal areas, thriving in any well-drained soil, except shallow chalk.

How to care for Tamarix ramosissima Pink Cascade:
For use as a windbreak or hedging in warm, coastal areas plant in a single line with one metre between each plant. To prevent the plant from becoming top heavy cut back the flowering stems in early spring.
Please note:
This shrub is deciduous so it will lose all its leaves in autumn, then fresh new foliage appears again each spring.
