How to care for Cornfield seed collection:
Rake the soil well to form a fine tilth and then sow seeds, scattering them evenly before raking them in and firming down. Keep them well watered initially and remove any weeds if they appear. Wildflowers prefer poor soils so avoid using fertilisers. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering, and in autumn, after the plants have spread their seed, cut them down to the ground before adding to the compost bin.
