Plant description
Lush and luxuriant, 'Red Champion' has glossy, dark green ovate leaves with waxy-looking, lipstick red, puckered, heart-shaped spathes and a yellow ‘tail-like’ spadices. Flamingo flower is a tender, upright perennial and is relatively easy and reliable. Superb for adding some colour and drama to a bright room or conservatory.
Forming part of our gift range, this plant will be placed in a sturdy wooden crate, then tucked in with lots of natural crinkle cut shredded paper before it is sent out. It looks lovely, and the recipient will not only have a wonderful new plant, but a wooden crate with a sliding lid that can be used for simple storage.

How to care for Anthurium Red Champion - Gift Crate:
Water freely when in growth, but keep dryer in winter. Mist the leaves regularly with water to increase humidity and every so often put it under a cold shower to wash off the leaves. Make sure the winter temperatures stay above 15°C, and repot every couple of years.
