Excellent product.

I bought two of these years ago and they survived a house move. Decided to buy more of the same.

strong cloche

A very sturdy cloche, allowing early planting of tender vegetables (aubergine, pepper etc.) and a good height for growth. BUT - it took me weeks to construct on my own. Get a friend to help if you decide to buy one. It looks as if it will last for more than one season, and I'm happy I bought it.

Excellent cloche but difficult to assemble

I had to order 3 screws which were missing. With two of us to assemble the cloche, we were struggling. We persevered and managed to get the first one done. The second cloche still awaits.....

Seems good but...

This is difficult to put together even with 2 people and the bolts are difficult to go in as it is a pain to line up the plastic with the holes. And the bolts are too short to catch on the nut on the corner holes. Hope there are no other problems with putting it together as it has irritated me enough already. However when it gets put together eventually it looks like it should be a good product. Although they really need to sort this problem out.

a nightmare

I selected the product from the photo. To be fair the finished article is as shown in the picture; but to get it there from delivery to assembly was a nightmare. The product itself looks fine but the screws for assembly were almost impossible to fit without a minimum of 2 people building it. Some of the pre tapped holes were not manufactured properly and I had to go to the hardware shop to buy some nuts and bolts (M3) to make this part of the process possible. Both my wife and I are accomplished DIY people and this product deserves to be better for the price. In short a good idea manufactured very poorly with questionable quality control. The helpline on the instructions is no longer available/disconnected.

Good....

Although this looks good and there was an offer on so i bought two, i would have to say this is one of the worst items that has ever been constructed, setting it up on your own is extremely difficult(i was so infuriated with it, i wrote this review) and for that reason would not recommend it. I hope that once they are both constructed with the help of others, it does what it says on the tin!!

Great looking, good quality for price

Looks really smart. Mine has withstood being out all winter and still looks like new. Needs care and determination to assemble it without damaging the perspex which comes flat and has to be 'encouraged' to fit into the end panels. I managed on my own but two pairs of hands would have been better (although it may lead to arguments!). One slight complaint is that the handle comes with bolts that are too long, leaving the handle secure but wobbly - really needs shorter bolts or a couple of spacers to take up the slack. This wouldn't stop me buying another.
